It's a good thing that humans can't see that far.
For civility would compel anyone to maintain eye contact and a smile for a full minute, if we could decipher a familar human face down the end of the 200 metres long corridor.
With our current physiological make-up, I reckon we could still live with just a few seconds of hypocrisy.
