I was totally inspired by Ling's series of cam-whore pics in her blog & so decided to copy using my webcam :p Wahahaha ........!!! Of course it's a far cry from her SYT photos but 'mai hiam' can do lah :p

In tribute .......

After being at my mercy for 3 years, I'm finally setting you free. I had gotten so used to you by now that I'm actually reluctant to let you go. I can't say that I adore you even half as much as Ken & Meg does but it still hurts to say goodbye. I hope that your next owner treats you well (or better than me anyway) and maybe we may meet again.

Arghhh ....... I can't believe how hooked I am. I had just wasted the entire Sunday playing Pet Society! Meg's in it with me as well but in between, I made her do some revision so that I could hog the PC ....... hee hee ........ And she knows protest will be futile because I am the mum! :p

Birthday celebrations galore!

It's definitely birthday celebrations galore for the month of May & June. So other than being all preoccupied with work, it seems to me a fair bit of time was spent attending birthday celebrations as well :p

Mumsy's birthday on 31 May - a simple celebration with her precious granddaughter by her side.

Then next, is gorgeous Joey's birthday on 12 June - yummy yummy Japanese buffet!

Just a very simple celebration this year. We had dinner in the coffee shop & then cake cutting at my parents' place.

Arghhh ..... Meg's sitting posture is just horrid! It calls for Photoshop! :pAunty Mary specially baked this Tiramisu Agar Agar cake for me!

I had been totally bogged down by work & even after the birthday celebration, I had to go back to it.Even though the celebration was simple, the love was plenty. No better way to spend a birthday than with family :D

Then it's Father's Day & pre-birthday celebration for Liz in Kim Choo's Peranakan Restaurant with Ken's family. (Did I mention that Ken is a Baba?)

First love

I wonder what is it about FIRST LOVE that never lets you forget them? Even though the person in question had morphed into an ugly pig of a man (pardon me for lack of better description :p), it doesn't stop the bittersweet flashbacks from haunting me the entire day.
